Annual audit services for the 2024 financial statements, including an audit of the 2024 financial statements of Jiangyin Hengrun Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., covering the consolidated and individual balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, statements of changes in equity, and notes to the financial statements; internal control audit; a statement on the status of operating fund occupation and other related fund transactions, as well as non-operating fund transactions with related parties; and a special review of the deposit and use of funds raised. 4. Quotation Method
The total bid price must include the audit service fees for listed companies, technical service fees for audit projects, labor costs, other unforeseen expenses, taxes, and other related charges.
V. Service Time Requirements
The company’s 2024 annual report must be announced by April 30, 2025.
