Jiangyin Hengrun 6S On-site Management Initiative Launched

  On September 1, 2016, key management personnel from Jiangyin Hengrun gathered in the training classroom of Jiangyin Hengrun Ring Forging Co., Ltd. to hold a grand kickoff meeting for the 6S and CIP projects. The main purpose of this event was to provide an introductory briefing on the implementation of 6S management within the company. The goal is to optimize the internal corporate environment through 6S management, which encompasses six key components: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety.

  At the start of the event, Chairman Cheng provided attendees with an overview of the background behind this project’s launch ceremony. Starting with the importance of implementing 6S site management, Chairman Cheng explained, in light of the company’s actual situation, the critical role that 6S site management plays. He also outlined the organizational requirements for 6S management and presented the appointment letters for this project.

  The launch ceremony has enabled all employees to clearly understand the purpose of implementing 6S management in our company: providing a comfortable working environment, ensuring a safe workplace, boosting employee morale, enhancing on-site work efficiency, improving product quality, extending the service life of equipment, and building a positive corporate image—all of which are goals that every enterprise strives to achieve and continuously improve upon.
