We will conduct an invitation-based bidding process following the principles of “openness, fairness, impartiality, and honesty and good faith,” inviting qualified bidders to submit their bids.

The Implementation Plan points out that by 2027, a preliminary carbon footprint management system will be established. A national general standard for calculating the carbon footprint of products, aligned with international practices, will be formulated and released. Around 100 standard rules for calculating the carbon footprint of key products will be developed and promulgated. A preliminary database of product carbon footprint factors will be established. A preliminary system for product carbon footprint labeling, certification, and tiered management will be put in place. Furthermore, positive progress will be made in aligning the carbon footprint rules for key products with international standards.
